By using waterdamagerichardson.us you accept these terms, offered by Muhammad Zeeshan, the operator of Water Damage Richardson. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Effective November 4, 2026.

This site is a call-in referral service for Richardson, Texas ZIP codes 75080, 75081 and 75082. Your own call connects to an independent contractor who speaks with you on that call. We do not perform restoration, plumbing, mold or repair work, and contractors are not our employees or agents.

Anything you arrange after a call, including the scope of work and its terms, is agreed between you and the contractor during that call or afterward. We are not a party to it. We do not guarantee availability, arrival times, workmanship or results. Before you sign, verify licenses and registrations: TDLR for mold work, the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners for plumbers, and the City of Richardson for local contractor registration and permits.

If any part of these terms is held to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and the operator about the use of this site. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of that term.
